Legalizing Proactive Health.

The national observational registry for peptide and regenerative therapy, under independent IRB oversight. Licensed clinicians join free, sign here in four minutes, and submit de-identified outcomes. Every record builds the evidence that keeps this medicine in the open.

Why this exists

Regulators act on evidence. Build it.

The therapies are already in clinics. Clinicians across the country use peptides and regenerative treatments every day. Almost none of what they see is recorded in a form anyone can study.

Silence is the risk. Without real-world data on dose, source, outcome and safety, every decision about these therapies gets made without the people who use them.

The registry is the record. Validated instruments, lot-level traceability and adverse-event reporting, sealed in a ledger nobody can quietly edit. Evidence that holds up.

Plain terms

What the registry is, and is not.

The registry is

  • Observational. It documents what treating clinicians already do.
  • Overseen by an independent IRB for data collection and participant protection.
  • Voluntary for every site and every participant, with withdrawal at any time.
  • Built for evidence: validated instruments, lot traceability, safety reporting.

The registry is not

  • Approval of any product, dose or protocol. Nothing here is "IRB approved."
  • FDA approval, clearance or endorsement, or protection from any legal claim.
  • A condition of buying anything, from anyone.
  • A reason to market to patients.

Data

What we collect, and what never leaves your clinic.

Collected, de-identified

  • Registry subject number, age band and sex
  • Molecule, source class, lot and certificate of analysis
  • Dose, route, cadence, anatomic site, co-administered agents
  • Pain (NRS-11), validated function scores, analgesic use, global change
  • Adverse events, seriousness, severity and outcome
  • Timing as study day from baseline and year, never calendar dates

Never collected

  • Names, initials or signatures of patients
  • Dates of birth or full calendar dates
  • Addresses, phone numbers or email addresses
  • Medical record numbers or insurance identifiers
  • Photographs or free-text notes containing identifiers
